Mariana Olenko

Mariana鈥檚 practice has been focused on Matrimonial and Family Law and Residential Real Estate for nearly three decades. She has also represented companies and individuals in Administrative Proceedings.

She is committed to working with parents to collect past-due child support.

After graduating from Fordham Law School in 1995, she practiced at Scoppetta Seiff Kretz & Abercrombie until 2015.

In October 2015, she opened 麻豆影院, PLLC, where she continues to provide clients with the same high-quality service and careful attention to detail that has characterized her work throughout her professional career.

Mariana is admitted to practice law in New York State, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Supreme Court.

Heather O鈥橬eill

Heather O鈥橬eill鈥檚 practice focuses exclusively on the areas of Trusts & Estates, Elder Law, and Guardianship. She has advised clients acting as trustees, executors, administrators, and beneficiaries, in matters both complex and simple regarding the administration of trusts and estates. Heather has advised clients on Estate Planning, the preparation of advance care directives, wills and trust agreements, including sophisticated estate planning and asset protection trusts, she has also assisted clients with Elder Law issues, including advising on Medicaid benefits, and Guardianship matters.

Heather has represented fiduciaries and beneficiaries in Surrogate鈥檚 Court in a variety of matters, in litigated probate and administration proceedings and contested accounting proceedings. She has been appointed numerous times by the Surrogate鈥檚 Court as Guardian ad Litem in probate, kinship and accounting matters. Heather has represented clients in Supreme Court guardianship proceedings, both for persons alleged to be incapacitated and those seeking guardianship of others and has been appointed numerous times by New York State Supreme Court Justices as the Court Evaluator and the Attorney for the Alleged Incapacitated Person in guardianship proceedings. She has also been appointed a Guardian for personal needs and property management of a New York County resident.

Prior to joining 麻豆影院, PLLC in 2019 as Of Counsel, Heather鈥檚 Trusts & Estates practice started with the Manhattan law firm of Morrissey & Morrissey, LLP, in 2007, wherein she focused for almost ten years on Trusts & Estates, litigation and administration, estate planning and Guardianship. Heather then joined Lamson & Cutner, PC, focusing on Elder Law issues, advising on Medicaid benefits, estate planning and asset protection trusts, as well as continuing her practice with Trusts & Estates and Guardianship.
Heather has lectured on both estate planning and guardianship proceedings. She was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland and studied law in London at the University of North London and at the Inns of Court School of Law. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1992, completed her pupillage with the Chambers of Rock Tansey, QC, Gray鈥檚 Inn Square, London, and continued working there focusing exclusively on criminal defense litigation before moving to New York. She was admitted to the New York Bar in 1997.

Katsiaryna Stsepaniuk

Prior to living in New York, Katsiaryna practiced law in Belarus and Russia. She worked for almost 6 years as an in-house counsel for a large construction company in Russia, and then for an international transportation company in Belarus. Working as a part of the legal departments, she had drafted and negotiated a wide range of contracts, including construction and supply contracts, leases, employment contracts and international transportation services contracts.听She also handled numerous domestic and international legal disputes.

Katsiaryna started working at 麻豆影院 in September 2020 as a legal assistant, while preparing for admission the New York State Bar. After graduating听magna cum laude听蹿谤辞尘听Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University,听Katsiaryna was admitted to practice law as an attorney in New York State in 2021. She is currently working with Mariana and Heather providing legal services in a variety of matters.

Alyssa Gustafson joined 麻豆影院, PLLC, as aparalegal in 2016. Alyssa graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in secondary education. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, hiking and spending time with family.
